It's relatively decent, but the gates are always broken and you have to pull some weird stuff to get in if you don't have your keycard and rely on the call box. Rooms are small, but rent is cheap and the people are nice. Location is convenient. Maintenance takes forever to get to you sometimes but that's alright if it's not a big thing.
I recently signed a lease with my best friend at theater street and I’m looking forward to living there. Going in there we were not expecting the amazing service we received. After apartment searching for a while, we had our hope set high on this one in specific after the amazing experience. Mr. Seth Lecamus was so helpful, professional, patient, and friendly! We asked as many questions as we could and he answered all of them very detailed and kindly. We signed a lease in like an hour!
Rooms are nice, work staff is great, but the gates are always messed up or broken, and lots of maintenance has been necessary

10/10 This place is really great! I lived in several places in Lafayette before I settled here. Theater Street Apartments has the best staff who just want to help you. There maintenance crew is super respectfully and quick. My favorite part about this place is there events. For instance, they have had Taco Tuesday nights, free breakfast mornings, food trucks, and on holidays like Valentines Day they had a build your own bouquet event.
