Absolutely in love with Theater Street. Very clean and well managed, the staff are super welcoming and personal. The maintenance staff is incredible. If you’re interested in a tour ask for Peyton or Caleb (great people)! All around 10/10!
As my first time living away from home, Theater Street has been awesome. Incredibly happy with my decision to live here. My one and only complaint is the amount of visitor parking. I frequently have visitors (long distant family) and if there weren’t any parking, they would have to leave. And if not add more, at least allow visitors to park in a regular spot during the daytime without getting towed. But other than that, everything else is great.
