I just wanted to leave a review about a worker, her name is Annabelle, I was calling trying to see if there where any apartment listings available and she made the entire process quick and easy for me, she was super polite and nice the entire interaction!
My lease began in August 2025 and will end in July 2026. Due to ongoing disappointment with the management, I am choosing not to renew. In response to these ongoing issues, I want to share my experience and inform others considering student housing in the area about the broader issues with the current management. Theater street has been such a wonderful place to live! I’ve lived here for about 2 years and all of the employees are very helpful. The pool area is amazing, love sitting in the pool area! Madison and Seth are great! They help me with a lot and keep up to date with all the exciting events!
Great place for college students, good amenities, great location, and super friendly staff. Annabella was super informative and helped me get my renewal all setup. Guest parking can be a little tight at times, but overall a really good place at a very fair rate.
