The only reason I’m still leaving this review is because management has not changed—they’ve only rebranded. Don’t be fooled by the “renovated” units and new name. Axis Lafayette=Theater Street Apartments. Water damage, flooding, mold, awful maintenance, forever changing management, towing resident’s cars, forced moving to 3 different units, pests, people getting jumped outside your window—that’s what you have to look forward to when you move to “Theater Street Apartments”! Ths staff is very friendly and helpful! If they are not able to answer a question that can easily direct you to someone who can.
Absolutely in love with Theater Street. Very clean and well managed, the staff are super welcoming and personal. The maintenance staff is incredible. If you’re interested in a tour ask for Peyton or Caleb (great people)! All around 10/10!
