I had a surgery in 2009 had my gallbladder removed by Dr Peter holliman.... Jocelyn Theoard was called in after the surgery to evaluate me as I had complications.... She told me that I was fine and there was nothing wrong and the surgery was a success..... But I was in and out the hospital hemorrhaging with pain and nausea they kept sending me home but in actuality I had injuries to my liver and my pancreas that were indicated by X-rays and CAT scans that Dr Theoard failed to acknowledge or tell me about.... Once I finally got someone to answer the phone and make an appointment. They failed to tell me that their office had moved so I went to my appointment in the wrong building across town and had to rebook another appointment at the new appointment. I only met with the assistant nurse never actually met the doctor until the day of the appointment for the colonoscopy. Was that change the time for the appointment three times in two days and I still ended up waiting for two hours before they did the surgery Just felt like a piece ... read more

I have had an extremely frustrating experience with this office regarding my husband’s EGD procedure. We scheduled the appointment back in November for January, but since then, communication has been a complete nightmare. I’ve made numerous calls and received conflicting information every time. At one point, I was told the procedure was never scheduled, only to be informed later that it was. She told me that my medical condition was actually good for me. I have lost 70 lbs in the last 4 months because I HAVE NOT been able to eat anything. I do not have an issue with bringing up my weight AT ALL. But she seriously thought she was the first doctor to ever tell me or something from the fact she went on a 5-10 minute rant just telling me how fat I am in every single way you POSSIBLY could. I was recently scheduled for EGD and colonoscopy which were cancelled upon the day of procedures, 10 mins after I arrived for my check in at surgical site. No prior notice and reason provided was “ medical emergency” which was lame excuse as far as I was concerned and after undergoing a truly rough prep the day before!
