So fed up. The new system is ridiculous. If you feel ill god help you because the doctors system is shocking. 1. Filled in one form, not enough information so told have to wait a month for a telephone call. Called reception and they said have to put more information. 2. Filled another form. Told doctor would call between 2-6pm. Kept phone attached to me constantly waiting for a call and not allowing calls (eventhough needed for work), to not receive a call. Ive been living in the area from 2003 and I never had that feeling that I have now I was with theale medical center for a long time I feel like the new staff does not like us either based on our or look or our identity I feel very down and very frustrated the doctor prescribed a medicine back in march for the eye infection and I visited the pharmacy and theale medical center more than 10 times and they say they were going to speak to the doctor to give prescribe me the medicine but that never happened and today I went to the... read more

JUST AVOID!!! This place needs some serious attention! I've never known a medical centre so disorganised and unhelpful to patience, the receptionist are gate keepers as if they did the qualifications themselves. I haven't seen my own GP in years! This place is struggling to treat people properly and it is all local knowledge by now, it's an absolute joke here! If you're new here stay at your original doctors for better health! Calling this place is worst than a root canal at times!
