One or two receptionists at this practice are helpful and willing to find a solution, but others (most) could not care less. Cases are often closed with pointless or unhelpful responses. Important appointments can only be scheduled a month in advance. When the day finally arrives, they cancel it and expect you to rebook, only to be offered another slot in another month’s time. Absolutely disgusting! A once very good surgery has now gone to pot. Reception staff who are very rude, Doctors who don’t want to help or see patients. Poor support for its patients, leaving patients with no medication and making them feel they had no right to call the surgery. The only good Gp is Dr Nazia who know doubt will leave soon. My husband left in pain with no medication because they can’t be bothered to call him or see him. My own surgeries not even checked up on. My daughter came in for her pre-school jabs today and the nurse was fantastic. She gave my daughter’s cuddly toy a jab first to put my daughter at ease and then gave my daughter her jabs without any tears. My little one was so proud of the two stickers she got. Thank you for making what can be a traumatic experience for all involved so easy.
Filled in online appointment form, got NO RESPONSE. Called 2 weeks later to follow up; receptionist said it "probably wasn't serious enough to warrant an appointment"... WHAT???!!! I queried why there was no acknowledgement of the above, receptionist said it's because they have 14,000 patients (busy week!) and that she "wasn't management". When I asked again for appointment, she said it was up to me...I could fill in the form again... This is an utterly shambolic service.
