We were lucky to work with Thea! She knows the area well and how to get what you want in a home. We found the perfect home in a community that we are in love with. Thea Griffith was a very responsive, and detailed Realtor for my husband and I. We had been planning to move from PA to Virginia for a job transfer. We didn't know the area, and not only did she help find homes within our price range, but helped us narrow down what areas we were more interested in. We didn't want to be too close to the city but within driving distance. She was awesome and became a friend too. You can not go wrong with Thea. She is very knowledgeable about all things real estate.
