Wow, where to begin. We were in a dire situation as we had an 83 friend needing to sell her home as part of a retirement plan. The challenge is she had limited support to help her with this process in South Tampa. I live in Macon, GA 5.5 hours away and was doing my very best to help my elderly friend from afar.
