Was thrilled to find a this gym while on vacation during prep! Close to downtown Savannah, just 30 minutes from Tybee, and had a week pass for $35 which is a steal! As a wellness competitor, this gym was a playground. I can honestly say it is the best gym I have ever been to for lower body and glute focused lifts. The owner and staff were super nice, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend that you check out this gym if you’re ever in the area!

I’ve been coming here since 2017/2018! I’ve always loved the variety of free weights & machines where you could do different variations! Huge & spacious so there’s plenty of room to get an effective workout in! Owners & staff are welcoming & helpful.
