I am a retired IFBB pro figure competitor, former fitness instructor and trainer. I have been to many, many gyms around the world. This is one of the best ever. Location is central; parking is free and plentiful, and access is easy. Membership is reasonable, with no gimmicks or high pressure (health plans accepted for seniors). Staff is welcoming, friendly and helpful. Space is huge (think large grocery store), industrial chic, and well designed, with lots of places to stretch, lunge, and do floor work. It would be nice if they fix the steam room and update the bathrooms, including men locker rooms area The Gym floor has everything! state of the art!
