It gets one star because it's a 5-star gym with business practices and customer service that go well beyond the appalling and likely into the illegal. 1) The only way to cancel is via a form. 2) This form has you sign that they're going to continue charging you for two billing cycles even after you have fully canceled your membership. 3) Several of the checkboxes include a cancelation fee that tack on for such sins as "moving out of New Hampshire". 4) When I called to speak to a manager about this, the woman answered the pho... read more

Perfect Gym for Travelers! I visited this gym during a business trip from Germany to Manchester and had a fantastic experience. The sign-up process was quick and easy, and the staff was super friendly. The gym is modern, spacious, and well-equipped. No long waits and a great atmosphere. I went in for my usual workout with my girlfriend the other day and we grabbed our usual protien shakes, we were met with exceptional service by harri and ashlyn, they were careful to make sure we had everything we wanted in the smoothies and even make them ahead of time if we will be showing up late, excellent service ☮️
