I had so much fun having Kyle give me a complimentary training. I was nervous at first but it was so fun! He said s very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you Kyle for showing me I can do it!

Your wallet is guaranteed to get a good workout. Fees and more fees. You can buy shakes there too. Gym equipment is decent but not up to parr for how much I’m paying.
Getting my workout on at the Zoo. Meet with Kyle from Redwood Training for my fit start session and he brought the pain, but in the best way! Going back for more!
Been coming here for about 1 month now. Super clean gym. Has all the equipment i need. Henri was very helpful and kind in showing me around. He wasnt pushy with any of the sales and i felt super comfortable doing business. Beau is one of the friendliest front desk guys. Hes always keeping the gym clean. Also appreciate Nicole for saying hi to me when i come through even though she doesnt know me. It’s just the thought and consideration that matters to me.
