This gym is unsanitary, full of broken machines and so many hidden fees that they are not able to refund your money back. I canceled this membership December of 2018 and they want to charge me for the month of January knowing that I canceled the month prior. Please save your money and do not go to Zoo fitness

I typically don’t give a lot of one star reviews and just prefer not to say when it comes to the “negative” but this one is warranted and everyone has a right to be “ forewarned” as we were not! My husband goes to lauderhill zoo location twice a week and quite honestly his health depends on it. Yesterday he showed up to the gym to stretch and workout and location was closed without notice!!! I joined the Zoo gym because I met Master Charles who sold me on a Tae Kwon do program for my child. the gum was supposed to have childcare so I could work out also. the child care room was always dirty, I had to complain about the staff a few times. as for the tae kwon do class Charles was often late, no showed and gave excuse after excuse.
