I’ve been trying to go there twice now during their staff hours but the door is always locked and only members can enter , I tried calling them but no one picked up. I wanted to get membership there bcz of it was said to be 24 hr gym but I’m done now. I just wanted to talk to someone there to get more info and see the gym to get membership.

The equipment is good, it's never packed, 3 stars because half of the times you can't even get in through the front door, there is always some sort of problem with their scan system, I've called multiple times about it and over the year it's never been resolved. Multiple people at the Elm St location have experienced this problem. I've never been to a gym that has these kinds of issues.
