My fiancé and I have been going to this gym since 2021 and love everything about it. My only complaint about this gym is it lacks upgraded equipment. This gym has so much potential and it would be great to have more glute/leg focused machines along with arm/back machines. I joined the Zoo in mid-January 2025 and immediately got assessed by a trainer. At first, I figured I'd listen to the free assessment, as it may help me figure out what to do and how to get started, however I very quickly realized that I need more guidance and accountability with my new personal fitness journey. Overall decent gym. Clean and I like the 24/7 access. Just sucks how they have so many safeguards to make sure you don’t cancel your membership. If you are a student and pause your membership, which you are still paying money to the gym just to not go, then want to cancel your membership, they will make you pay back all the months that you were paused for before you can cancel it.
