Good Morning, I am a long time member of this Club going back to the early 2000’s and through 2 owners prior to the owner now. The only reason I still attend is because of the convenience to home and the people that attend during the same times as me. The vibe is amazing in spite of the way members are treated. They underpay good managers/help causing them to leave. Similar to other staff to include the full time maintenance guy who really cares. Would give negative stars if possible. I was a member for 3+ years and when I moved for a couple months I canceled my membership. When coming back and restarting my membership they told me i accidentally made a second account there and said they’d delete it. I thought that would be the end of it simple but no over a year later they didn’t delete that account they left it there and expected me to pay it even though I had an active account being paid they tried having me pay for 2.
