I cancelled my membership after moving but it was apparently filed incorrectly. I was charged an additional month of fees. I reached out to the gym and visited in person with no resolution. I had to email the manager. The manager responded to my initial email but did not reply to my response from >2 weeks ago. She did not reimburse me for my monthly fee. Hopefully they filed my cancellation properly this time.

No AC in the summer is certainly a wild choice, especially when it’s 90 degrees and 80% humidity. Most miserable gym experience I’ve ever had by far. Not sure if cost saving measure or just not prioritizing getting it fixed.
Was a member here for a year, good gym. Cancelled my membership recently after moving but am still getting charged $41.95 a month. Hopefully this gets resolved. Update 7/7: Apparently my cancellation was not filed properly. The $41.95 at this time is NOT refunded because there is no paperwork/proof, reaching out to manager. Very kind member services staff today.
