I love the zoo. I will explain.. I started going to the Zoo in May of 2025. We had a free workout with the trainers at redwood when we signed up for our membership. My husband and I got to do it together so that was pretty awesome. We worked with Kyle. Not only was he very informative, he was incredibly kind and welcoming. I signed up to work with a trainer and he paired me with Alyssa. She was not only the perfect fit for me. Good variety of equipment but some of the rowers and 2 manual treadmills remain broken. Edit: Adding a star for fixing the equipment Edit: They won't let you cancel a membership and are violating state law.
One star is well deserved for offering Redwood Personal Training through your facility. The New Hampshire Department of Justice has quite literally filed a civil action against that predatory company.
