Place is laughable. I am listed on a friends “bring a friend” membership Advertising “Month to month no commitment” (picture below, plot twist this means 12 month contract) plans and then charge hidden fees in the fine print after signing up. My friend called multiple times to cancel this membership and employees said he was all set, only to be charged again the next month. Obviously month to month- no commitment is code for “full year commitment” I’m now seeing that many people have had this issue after reading other review... read more

DO NOT SIGN UP. Place is an absolute joke, no one is able to answer billing questions and there is a new fee every month not included in the membership cost. $124 first month, $59 per month after that, after 3 months a $50 maintenance fee and then a yearly maintenance fee after that. You also can’t cancel the “monthly” membership. They should call it a yearly membership. OH AND THEY JUST GOT SUED BY THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR BILLING FRAUD.

Edit* As of 4/8/26 Every single treadmill in the gym except for one has been broken for at least a couple weeks now. Not sure how you let maintenance get to this point. The decks on them are quite literally withering away to dust. I'm trying to train myself back from a knee surgery and need a treadmill to run on while it's still cold out, and I can't run on any of these. Huge divots in the decks, the belt will automatically decrease your speed while running, and some of them won't slow down after you get them up to a higher ... read more
