I have been training with Easton for a short time, but he has helped me more with my chronic back pain than any chiropractor, physical therapist or even orthopedic specialist has. He has geared workouts specifically to my needs to build core strength. I feel less pain in the morning and no longer have to roll out of bed. I’m feeling stronger with each session. He has also helped get my nutrition in order and I am starting to finally lose stubborn weight. I highly recommend his training sessions.

I’ve been a member of the Bedford Zoo Health Club since December 2022 and have had a fantastic experience there. The space is always super clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming. The staff are all friendly and helpful, which adds to the positive vibe. I joined this gym recently and I have had a great experience. They offer a start up program which was very helpful to me since I have not been a part of a gym for some time. The owner was more than helpful to spend time to show proper technique and give a list of different exercises. I would highly recommend this gym.
