I’ve been a member here for a few years and I love this gym! I rarely have to wait to use a machine, it’s clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’m 50 and I’ve been training with Nicole (Pee Pee) twice a week for the past few months and she has helped to transform me! If you like convenience without the crowded gym feel this is a great option.

I like this gym. I joined specifically for the amazing Latin dance (Zumba) class. This facility needs to do a better job with updating their FB page. The instructor has been out for 3 weeks. It would be nice to know what classes are happening in lieu of Zumba. Also, this gym is NOT cheap. Is it too much to ask that they hire a real Zumba instructor to sub the class?

Been going to this gym for a couple years.. everyone here is really nice. All the trainers are very good and it’s got a neighborhood feel. Took a class with Connie today and had a great time! 😃
