Terrible, I went to go play basketball, every court was open and there was nothing in the schedule but the person at central equipment room said since there is no registered time for basketball the OPEN COURTS are not available. I have never had this problem before, every other employee at the CER when this was the case has allowed me to rent a ball and go to the court, but this time that was not the case. Way to small for a sports oriented school.
Kayla, the staff member at the wristband station, made me feel extremely dissatisfied with her poor service attitude. I strongly suggest that she receive additional training.
