I can’t recommend The Zone (previously Spartans Warrior Zone) enough! It’s such a supportive and welcoming space, and one of the biggest perks for me is having a safe area to bring the kids. It takes away the stress of organising childcare and allows me to prioritise my workouts and stay consistent throughout the week. I was really nervous about starting at a new gym, but after trying a class at The Zone, I instantly loved it. The environment is welcoming, and the trainers and members make it easy to feel comfortable straight away. The classes push you in the best way and get you doing exercises you probably wouldn’t choose on your own. I also love that every class is different, so it never gets boring—there’s genuinely something for everyone. Highly recommend!
I have been part of The Zone for a few years now. It is always friendly and has great workouts with very experienced coaches. There is a great choice of Strength, Cardio & Hybrid sessions that can easily adapted to suit all fitness levels.
Great gym facilities and all the trainers have been very knowledgeable and helpful.
It’s an amazing facility with a variety of equipment but the best part is the welcoming environment of the bootcamps for people of all fitness levels. All the coaches are genuinely supportive of everyone and willing to take the time to help you achieve your goals. As a person with a disability who struggled to find the confidence to join a gym, the support of the SWZ crew has been a life changer and I wouldn’t want to train anywhere else.
