it used to be called east park apts been bought and now called zimmer,, i lived there 5 years ,, my apt had black mold in the bath room ,, hall closet,, and my bed room,, when the upstairs person ran there shower ,, there was a pipe leaking water in my ceiling bathroom ,, water was dripping from the ceiling,,caused mold in my bath room and the bathroom ceiling got so water logged the ceiling came down and flooded my apt ,, the one bed rooms way to small ,, no dining room,, when i started living there in 2010 i payed 440 per ... read more
