Started going to the Zen Zone due to ongoing nerve pain after 2 sessions I have found a massive improvement in my pain levels. Highly recommend
I visited the zenzone lisburn after having developed long covid. I had never had reflexology before & didn’t know what to expect. Suffering from major fatigue, stomach problems & the feeling of low self esteem, I needed to try something new. I had weekly sessions with Ali which I looked forward to. They were super relaxing…..the space she has created, the soft music & routine was perfect. Definitely get booked in & give it a try
I recently visited The Zen Zone NI to help with exam stress. I was so relaxed I fell asleep during treatment. Ali was also able to identify I had a sore neck and back which I hadn’t mentioned. Amazed at how good Reflexology is, I will definitely return.
Having never had Reflexology before I booked in with Ali following a stressful few months in work. I had no idea what to expect! Ali is so welcoming and the Zen Den is a tranquil and very stylish space for treatment. I left feeling much more relaxed and felt so refreshed after! I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend to anyone seeking some self-care!
I have been going to the zen zone for a few months now. Ali is so lovely and professional, I always feel safe and happy when I'm there. Reflexology has helped me tremendously, after my first treatment I felt a little off but that's totally natural and then after that I've felt great after every session and often I fall asleep as it's such a relaxed environment. I would 100% would recommend a session at the zen zone NI
