Zen has been exactly what I was looking for! Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Each instructor is incredible and they offer a huge variety of classes for all levels. Highly recommend!

I started coming here with my pregnancy and have found the classes so empowering. The instructors are very kind, encouraging, and do a great job of suggesting modifications. The studio owner works hard to create an inclusive and welcoming community.

Love the classes, the instructors… the whole Zen community is pretty wonderful! 👏 They offer many different kinds of classes throughout the week/end— cardio, strength training, mat Pilates, fusion, flow yoga, and one of my absolute favorites which I fondly refer to as “nap yoga,” but it’s called, “relax, renew, restore” on the schedule 😉 The staff make an intentional point to collaborate with other locally owned businesses which, as a fellow small business owner, I love + appreciate ♥️ I truly look forward to my “me-time” ... read more

I recently experienced a Reiki healing session with Coleen, and it was truly amazing. Her healing abilities are remarkable. Coleen created a soothing and comfortable space that enhanced the entire experience. The combination of healing sound bowls, calming incense, and her expertise made it a memorable experience.
