This was the best find in Columbus! Great atmosphere, fun classes and coaches, and a great thing to look forward to everyday!
Being a member at Zen Wellness has led to so many improvements in my health! I'm stronger, happier, more flexible, and carrying around a healthier sized body. The classes are fun and adjustable for all levels. The instructors and participants are welcoming and have become friends. I can't recommend Zen Wellness enough!
The Zen instructors are the most friendly and skilled people I have ever encountered. They truly care about the wellbeing of every member. I always feel welcomed and appreciated. I have improved my fitness & health immensely since joining two years ago. I highly recommend checking them out. You won’t be disappointed!
I started attending classes at Zen Wellness several months ago. Zen has provided me with a safe, welcoming and clean place to increase my strength both mentally and physically. I have met so many kind people and look forward to each visit. There are an amazing variety of classes and each staff member offers their unique take on fitness.
