As I read more reviews it seems if you use a Groupon you don’t end up with a complete experience. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, checking in is very confusing and after waiting approximately 15mins I tried the kiosk for about the 5th time, you can either call or sent a text so I finally figured I would send a text.(there is a message that says to just have a seat and she will be with you shortly so didn’t want to message if she was running behind with another client.) I had an amazing experience with Yakira at Concord Mills Mall. She helped us with a ZenMeIn essential oil diffuser kit, and from start to finish she was absolutely wonderful. Yakira was smiling, patient, and incredibly kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I've always wanted to do a Japanese style head spa treatment and am so grateful to have discovered The Zen Room. Iesha had the "magic touch" and I felt so relaxed throughout the treatment, and even more so once done. Bonus was my hair felt silky smooth afterwards and my scalp, tingly clean! Highly recommended. I used a Groupon for this service.
I received the 75 Min Signature Headspa (Zen Bliss Head Spa) Groupon as a gift. I attempted to call for questions about the services and booking and only received a text back stating all booking was done online. I had more questions on what it entailed and was potentially looking to add a facial but could not get any further information than the short explanation online.
