As I read more reviews it seems if you use a Groupon you don’t end up with a complete experience. I arrived 10 mins before my appointment, checking in is very confusing and after waiting approximately 15mins I tried the kiosk for about the 5th time, you can either call or sent a text so I finally figured I would send a text.(there is a message that says to just have a seat and she will be with you shortly so didn’t want to message if she was running behind with another client.)
