The Zen Loft is a wonderful place to reset your nervous system and stretch your body. I see all students welcomed just as they are. Maureen and her teachers are so caring. There are a fantastic variety of classes. This place seems to attract good humans all around. “Lots of Love” here.
This place is always welcoming. Everyone is kind and the yoga classes are great. Highly recommended!
