Walked into this establishment for a massage. No one was at the front desk. After ringing the bell. A lady came out and told me that she was busy and i needed to go. I asked her what do you mean.... She replied!! "It's just two of us working." I then suggested that this business should advertise as appointments only and not for walk-ins. She then rudely and hastily went back into a room and left me standing in the foyer in disbelief. Customer service training is required especially in today's world. They're tons of options.
I highly recommend it!! During my stay in Naples, I saw Zen Den Massage on Google, so I came in for a facial. I loved it! The environment here is so clean, and Yakira, who performed my facial, was incredibly kind and professional. It was the BEST facial I’ve ever had!! Definitely will be back!
Visiting Naples for couple days, decided to try this Spa, Such a relaxing vibe as soon as you walk in—clean, and beautifully set up. The foot massage was amazing, great technique and just the right pressure. Felt so much lighter afterward. Strongly recommended 👍
I come here every time I visit my dad and it is always a treat. When I was here recently I got foot massages and a full body massage from Teddy and both were absolutely amazing. Yakira at the front desk is really sweet, and I love the whole vibe. <3
