We've worked successfully with them on the retail component of 3 separate office building projects in Denver. They know the market, they know the users and they leverage their knowledge to your benefit.
They did a great job helping me get my commercial space subleased despite a challenging landlord. Ellen and Marin are very professional and patient, yet demanding when getting the deal to the table. 10/10 recommend!
