I have done many real estate deals over my 35 year career, but can honestly say, this is at best the most incompetent company I have worked with and at worst the most deceitful. Grossly misrepresenting a commercial property, and attempting to sell it without access. Costing me thousands in surveys, lawyers, and appraisals. The title company would not touch it. Stay away!
