Everything you want in a family-owned business. The whole community loves this place, and the owner who showers guests with extra treats and warm explanations for newcomers. We had the Maneesh Zaatar and a Kachapuri with sojouk. More than enough for 2. Went home with leftovers.
Not sure what happened to this place. It was excellent a few years ago. Now the food is just blah. I ordered sfiha lahmajun and a cheese sfiha. The bread seemed stale to me and the meat on the other one tasted off. They are supposed to use pine nuts on the meat version and they used almonds. Clearly they're trying to save money...I mean seriously? Spend a few extra pennies to keep it authentic and use pine nuts. Anyway, not coming back. It's not even close to what it used to be.
Great food! Great service! Wish they had more seating area.
