I have been a member for 17 years and was not notified of the new owners cancellation policy and fee. Terrible customer service when trying to cancel, but the young lady onsite that helped me was amazing.
I really wish I would’ve seen all these reviews before I signed up. We signed up for a family account me and my husband and we’re not told that we had to have a three month minimum and an annual fee. I literally only use that place probably three times the equipment is extremely old like 20 years old. Anyway, they debited my account for three months and charged me an annual fee to quit. Scam

I was referred to Yucca by a friend for my back issues! I was greeted by Bette when I entered! I told her my health issues! She took me thru the facility, explained the operation of each machine and answered all my questions! I signed up and did a membership! I did the Red Light therapy, also the Hydration Therapy, I will also do the Moisture Skin Care Therapy!!
