I've been going here for almost 2 years. Ashley is my trainer and she absolutely rocks! She always has a positive attitude and can really elevate your abilities. She made me feel invincible and pushed me to be my strongest. She makes you feel so comfortable and I could ask her any questions I had. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental, with plenty of guidance when needed. I've met so many great people, and it's a blast being there. I highly recommend Yourlife Gym and Ashley as your trainer!
The best gym in Lancaster! I’ve never had a gym where the environment was so interactive, supportive, engaging, and friendly. 24 hour availability is also super convenient for anyone with kids, working late or 2nd/3rd shifts. Fantastic arsenal strength equipment. Highly recommend!
I was visiting my sister and needed a place to work out during my stay - the short-term options YourLife offers were a perfect fit and I was drawn in by the numerous excellent reviews. The gym is spacious and clean, and has all the machines, weights, and other workout accoutrements that you would need.
