We had a meeting with a psychologist about our child and their needs in which we also noted our available times. After three meetings the psychologist said they were no longer available and we had to use a different one. I asked if they had briefed the new one and they said yes. In the first session with the new one, I had to go over everything again like a first meeting after which the psychologist said they could not help us. Basically the whole experience was a waste of time and money.
A well-respected practice, that is known in the lower North Shore for the quality of psychologists and tailored services.
