Every single interaction I have had with this doctor office has been nothing but positive, even when going there is not for a positive reason. The front office staff and doctors are polite, kind, courteous and caring. I have never had such a good experience with a doctors office overall!
Was a life long patient multi generational. When my family doctor moved back east I was informed I was no longer a patient and they couldn't accommodate me. Thanks alot
Had an unpleasant experience with the office manager. I have recently moved from Alberta to BC and have only ever needed my status card for medications doctors visits etc, so when the receptionist asked me for my care card I told her I didn’t have one (just a slip forgetting I do it’s just different than AB) I later received a phone call from the office manager who was extremely short with me. Been seeing the doctors in this office for over 10 years and appreciate the front end staff/ receptionists, who do thier jobs well. My only feed back is that new waiting room is way too small & makes me uncomfortable sitting so close to possibly sick people. Would like to have personal space when waiting for the doctors. Highly recommend trying to get a doctor at this location
