Best family doctor i could have asked for. Always caring and great listener
This place is terrible!! My doctor overall is a nice guy, but he used to be really caring, and seems to have just stopped listening and having any type of professionalism any more. Theres a horrible vibe in there now!! The receptionist is one of the rudest people ive honestly come across in my my entire life!!! Shes snappy and arrogant. We’ve moved around a lot so we’ve been patients at several medical clinics in the Lower Mainland and this is definitely one of the better ones. The receptionists are friendly, organized and quick to answer the phone. Dr. Ekaette takes his time during appointments and does not hesitate to order tests or provide referrals when needed. Overall it’s a solid medical clinic.
Every single interaction I have had with this doctor office has been nothing but positive, even when going there is not for a positive reason. The front office staff and doctors are polite, kind, courteous and caring. I have never had such a good experience with a doctors office overall!
Was a life long patient multi generational. When my family doctor moved back east I was informed I was no longer a patient and they couldn't accommodate me. Thanks alot
