Not great told to book a blood test during a specific time so did only to be told not available
By far one of the shoddiest run medical practices in the whole of the United Kingdom cannot give you an appointment for at least six weeks. Cannot book any appointment appointments online. Receptionists who are liars, practice management care even less. I have been waiting for an ‘urgent’ medical referral for 12 months now, Been chasing the practice for this referral and still nothing has happened. TERRIBLE SURGERY. HOMELESS DID NOT HELP BUT MADE ME SUFFER WITH LATE DIAGNOSED HIDDEN CONDITION. I FOUND THIS PRACTICE DOES NOT SUPPORT EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES. THE DIRECTOR DR LAMBERT IS A RACIST WITH HOW THEY TRIED TO MAKE ME GET DIAGOSED WITH A WRONG CONDITION. THE DIRECTORS AND ONE RUDE LOUD RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE ARRESTED.
The best doctor's surgery, was seen within same day as calling up with symptoms also had blood test as well. All made me feel at ease. Can't fault NHS at York Medical Practice. 🏥
