I used this practice for several years and I was very pleased by Dr Lambert, who is an excellent doctor and a very kind and caring person. However, the reception staff of the surgery is extremely rude. They use a practice of attacking you verbally and when are trying to stop this attack they claim that you are rude. After a 6 week wait had a telephone appointment then was asked to go in the next day as an emergency appointment doctor running late left after 40 min wait after appointment time ,couldn’t be bothered to wait anymore so walked out going to change clinic at once

Not great told to book a blood test during a specific time so did only to be told not available

By far one of the shoddiest run medical practices in the whole of the United Kingdom cannot give you an appointment for at least six weeks. Cannot book any appointment appointments online. Receptionists who are liars, practice management care even less. I have been waiting for an ‘urgent’ medical referral for 12 months now, Been chasing the practice for this referral and still nothing has happened.
