Decent hotel with huge rooms, fine reception services, but no restaurant (breakfast is at a hotel across the street). Construction works of the outside of the hotel was disruptive during the day and caused the swimming pool to be closed without prior notice. Single-pane glass caused street noise to penetrate the room quite easily.
Possibly the worst hotel we’ve ever experienced. Upon arrival we read the attached notices that the swimming pool and balconies would not be accessible due to ongoing maintenance works. Of course we asked to move rooms and was told the hotel was full. Beware of paying for a hotel with no amenities other than a very outdated apartment. Rooms were old and tatty and nothing like the pictures on the booking websites. Good
The best one among the hotels we stayed in sydney so far. Lovely staffs, easy check in and prime location to travel around the CBD. Anil in the reception was amazing, soft spoken and polite. Rooms had a balcony with beautiful views. Clean rooms and comfy bed. Highly recommended!!!
