This place is in a fantastic location. However, we made a reservation nearly 12 months ago (leaving on a cruise) for a 3 bedroom suite for 1 night. Upon arrival just after normal check in time we were informed that our room wasn't ready so please wait for ~15 minutes. This turned into a ~2 hour wait! Most frustrating.We attempted to negotiate some sort of compensation for this - no deal. The room itself was very tired. My wife and I booked this for one night. Only after booking were we advised that the hotel was having construction works undertaken overnight on the outside facade of each of the buildings faces - impacting all rooms and leading to pool closure with high and sharp noises throughout the night. This involved use of rattle guns, cranes and other mechanical works. They were not willing to change our room and did not provide prior notice. Extremely poor customer service, care and experience. Would not recommend.

위치가 진짜 최고입니다! 약간 오래된 호텔의느낌이라는것을 감안한다면 만족스럽습니다. 그리고 직원들이 너무 친절합니다! 체크인시간 훨씬 전에 도착했는데 일찍 입실할 수 있도록 적극적으로 도와주었습니다. 하물며 1층 일식집의 사장님마저 친절합니다, 한번쯤 방문하여 식사하시는 것 추천합니다

We book a two bedroom one for a family of 4. The room was lovely everything looks clean and feel cozy. We really enjoy our two nights here. The highlight of our experience was the excellent hospitality. They were so nice and friendly of us when we inquire for a early check-in. Then although we've been cheked out of our room, the manager allow us to keep our luggage so we can still stroll around the city for and hour or two and then when its time to go, they let us use a meeting room for praying, of which we greatly appreciat... read more

Terrible accommodation, I would not recommend. The two positives were the location and large size of room. Check in took 50 minutes despite not many people and being told to sit and wait to be called up. This was after the check in time specified. I was also never informed so was required to go up again to ask. My balcony was disgusting, with rubbish and bolts all over it. Shower had a lot of mould.
