I'm very picky when it comes to massage. It can be really hard to find someone that's is able to tell what the body needs. Erika is incredibly gifted at what she does. My body is so happy to have found her!
Erika Best, LMT is an incredibly gifted healer. I have been receiving bodywork from her for close to 10 years. She has a grounding presence that beckons one to listen (and connect with!) their body and it’s healing potential. She is trustworthy, warm, communicative, and so sincere. I highly recommend her for bodywork- including but not limited to, internal pelvic work, yoni steaming and herbs, reiki, and overall amazing massage.
I went to Erica today, for some pelvic work. I was really nervous at first because, I didn't know what to expect. She could see that right away, when she looked at me. She spoke with me about everything and what she would do and I felt more calm.🌻
I've had a hard time finding a gifted bodyworker in Portland. I was so grateful to receive my first treatment from Erika Best earlier this week. She helped me release tension in areas of my body that I didn't even realize were tense. My whole body had come alive and found alignment by the end of the 90-minute session. I highly, highly recommend her!
