I feel a huge difference in my flexibility and tight muscles when I am attending Shanna’s class. She works hard to make sure each person is getting the help and guidance they need. She continues to learn and become better herself, so she can be the best instructor possible. I’d highly recommend Shanna for any type of yoga, stretching, flexibility needs.

Update! I've been taking classes with Shanna for nearly a year. I continue to grow and "stretch" myself ;) I tried classes via Zoom last week and it was an awesome way to continue my practice while out of town. I love classes at The Yoga Venture! Shanna is such a great Yoga Instructor! She is very experienced and it shows. She helps me push through when poses are hard and I always feel so good after attending her classes. She even teaches live over Zoom now!! Becky

I started attending Shanna’s flexibility class when I was in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy. I always feel SOOO good and relaxed after the class. I’m not very flexible naturally but the class is super accessible and Shanna always offers multiple options in a stretch when needed. Definitely would recommend!
