I would recommend an Iyengar Yoga class (in general) taught by Mary Garbiesi (specifically) to ANYONE and EVERYONE! This practice has taught me so much about my body and offered a knowledgeable path to support my physical strength, flexibility, balance, and healing! Mary is a dedicated practitioner and teacher who leads with passion and compassion!
