I have been a member for 10 years and have never found a studio like it. Authentic yoga, the only studio in the Illawarra that teaches bikram and beautiful teachers. Great for beginners and experienced students alike.
I’ve attended two classes so far, one with Becci and the other with Rosie, and the experience has been absolutely Zen. I first became interested in yoga to improve my mobility, and attending the Yin Yoga class has already helped me reach deeper stretches than I ever could at a traditional gym. On top of the physical benefits, the peace and tranquillity it brings to the mind is such a welcome bonus. I’d highly recommend this studio to anyone who is new to yoga.
