Pros: New facilities, nice pool layout, change rooms were clean Cons: the recreation pool water was salty and seemed under-chlorinated. The front desk employees seem to be very apathetic. They collect an invasive amount of personal data for guests to enter.
forced to give photo ID and personal details to use the pool. city run facilities are better and don't ask to sell your data. not coming back!
Is there parking for customers?
I highly recommend this YMCA. Staff provide excellent customer service and the facilities are incredible! Sofia in particular is very personable and knowledgeable, making the experience even better with her expertise and positive energy!
