I need this review to be seen by the decision makers. I started with a PT by the name of Mary and she transformed my life in one month. For context, I had discomfort and pain in lower back, pain in knees while moving my body down or up, poor appetite, low energy etc. Mary listened to my needs and structured workouts that took my pains away after many years. The mens VIP Sauna room is almost always dirty . People shave their heads in the steam room. Heres a clear example . For the past 6 months there has been a dirty stain in the steam room everybody has to walk around . They never clean it . This stain nobody knows what it is , but they clearly never clean it . We’ve been going to this gym for over a year, and unfortunately there has been an issue with ventilation and air conditioning. We first noticed the problem during the summer and I brought it up to the management. At the time, I was told that the heat inside the gym was simply because it was hot outside.
