I had an issue during a recent visit to the YMCA, but I was very impressed with how my complaint was handled afterward. Marta, the manager, took the time to listen to my concerns, was professional and understanding, and handled the situation very well. I really appreciate her effort to make things right and ensure that my feedback was taken seriously. Thank you, Marta, and the YMCA team for the great customer service!

Nice gym but busy
I absolutely love Yuting’s dance class at the YMCA! She has such a unique and fun dance style, mixing salsa and different types of dance, and she always brings something new to every class. Her energy is amazing, and her classes genuinely make me so happy. I always look forward to attending! I really hope we get to have more of Yuting’s classes at the YMCA in the upcoming days. Highly recommend her class!
Facility is nice and clean but there is NO parking... accessibility is low...
