Dr Delaney has been great for my son however reception staff need to change their attitude, they come across rude and not caring. I called few weeks ago with an enquiry (and it shouldn't matter big or small) only to be told that she (girl on the front desk) was busy. As a client of the clinic, I don't care that you are busy it's up to you how you manage your workload, but you should never make anyone's enquiry non important to you. You are there for clients and that's that.
As a new patient of Dr Danielle Delaney, I found her to be very professional, knowledgeable, and forward thinking, kind and compassionate to my needs. While I was struggling with stress and the outcome of my procedure her professional type of personality helped me to be more comfortable and gain confidence. No call backs or email responses after repeated attempts at follow up communication in relation to upcoming surgery-i ended up not proceeding because I felt I didn't have all the necessary info nor other options fully explored; no ultrasound report written up and linked to my GP so now I have to go have it again somewhere else. Pretty unsatisfactory experience all around. Avoid at all costs
