When I first got there my room wasn't ready so they let me stay in b-01and they promised a 100 dollar refund for not getting my room ready on time. They tried to charge me for dirty towels and other random things on the property but everything wasn't the cleanest to begin with. It's the staff's job to clean everything on the property not the customers. They also tried to charge me for not leaving before 11am I was supposed to leave at 11:30 am according to Expedia. I stayed there a month ago and was charged 100 upon arrival,and another 100 deposit,I was cheated out of my deposit,the place is sketchy and run by dishonest people,there are better places to rent in the area.
I like it. I'm here right now. Josue and Art are good people. You get a nice TV to look at Netflix or YouTube etc.. I like the ghetto. I read reviews and people say it's ghetto. I know all about the ghetto. Good people live in the ghetto okay! Sure I am moving from a beautiful condo in Summerlin to a beautiful apartment in Summerlin. So I'm just here for one night.
