I'll be completely honest. I had a terrible experience here because I broke the rules. The property manager is very strict about following the rules for the safety and protection of tenants and the surrounding community. Not respecting and following the contract will result in you losing the money you invested. I did not properly communicate and lost $500 because of that. I was upset and felt taken advantage of. My husband and I booked a "too good to be true" deal through this company. Upon confirming with the hotel, my husband was informed of various additional charges and "fees" that also included a mystery deposit. All told told to us well after the booking! I combed through the ad and confirmation emails and texts...it says NOTHING about these. I contacted the hotel again. They said I must take it up with the agency/site purchased on. Classic. I was scammed. I've often wondered if I was picked at random or chosen. I shopped online for a good price and chose the penthouse because they were cheaper than the rest. I didn't care that it was the middle of gang territory and there would be no parking or amenities close by. So I booked and paid online. My receipt shows the room was paid in full aside from "incidentals, resort fees, or ancillary charges."
