Amazing place for flooring
This was one of the worst contractor experiences we have ever had. We repeatedly told Mike that we had in-floor heating, and he assured us it was a non-issue. He then subcontracted the job and failed to tell the subcontractor, who then used nails that were too long. These nails punctured the in-floor heating and flooded our basement. Mike said he would arrange for an emergency plumber, but then refused to pay the plumber who came, leaving us with an $1,800 bill for damage caused by their mistake. We recently had our basement done and a small business done with LVT. Both installations want to run flawlessly. Very clean and professional. It is so great to have contractors who still care about quality, customer service and workmanship.....hard to find nowadays. Both Crews were amazing, especially Hartly, who did our basement. Already planning another project with them. very highly recommended.
