This was one of the worst contractor experiences we have ever had. We repeatedly told Mike that we had in-floor heating, and he assured us it was a non-issue. He then subcontracted the job and failed to tell the subcontractor, who then used nails that were too long. These nails punctured the in-floor heating and flooded our basement. We recently had our basement done and a small business done with LVT. Both installations want to run flawlessly. Very clean and professional. It is so great to have contractors who still care about quality, customer service and workmanship.....hard to find nowadays. Both Crews were amazing, especially Hartly, who did our basement. Already planning another project with them. very highly recommended.
I would just go and see Mike he is the best..so much knowledgeable and will give you the best service you can ever expect.
Highly recommend! Multiple choices for all floor coverings. Mike and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and a very fair price.
