Wish I could give it zero stars. Just received my son's senior yearbook and his senior dedication was not in there. This despite the fact that I actually called, verified they received it and paid for it over the phone in December of 2020. Now I call and "they are closed for the summer" without anyway for me to leave a message. This is extremely disappointing and I will be reporting to the BBB if someone does not contact me in a timely matter. Proceed with caution if this is your school’s choice company. I carefully placed an ad for my senior’s yearbook. I received confirmation after I completed the process that my information and submission was received successfully. There was never a call or an email advising me of a problem and yet when the yearbook was published and received by my daughter, her dedication was not in it. Their representatives out in the schools are good and help the students create a good, creative book. However, the quality of the printing is not as good as other companies. Additionally, their website is not user friendly. It timed me out when trying to create my daughter's baby ad and in today's computer technology, there is no need to have a website that times out. Secondly, when typing the words, the site doesn't let you know how many words or characters you are over, so you have to keep guessing, and in my case I had to... read more
The prices are ridiculous and then they add insult to injury by adding as many fees as they can think of. Anyone with access to binded printing and adobe photoshop should give them some good competition and make a more creative product!
