The most frustrating experience! Called for consult...spoke with an associate over the phone was asked questions and asked to send in paperwork by email to the person. I was driving and gave her my email to have her send me the appropriate email. Did not get a response after 4 days so I called to speak with her again was told she was busy and a message would be given to her that I called. Still no call returned.
