Do not move here. We lived here four years and the management and facilities depreciated greatly each year. The management team is completely apathetic to the safety and wellbeing of their tenants. And the cost is no where near reasonable for where you are living and what you are getting. From being injured in their faulty elevator and the constant car break ins to the poorly maintained building and eroded culture, The Yards is not a great place to live.
Very comprehensive tour and beautiful property overall that’s part of the great revival of the Westbottoms neighborhood in KCMO.
Navon is super helpful, doesn’t complain about any mishaps and has helped me a ton during my move in process and made it easier
We are enjoying our new apartment!
