Service was great and so was my Doughnut Touch my Coffee and Cream Sundae

I understand being busy during rush but why would it take 15 mins to scoop up ice cream and throw some cookie dust on it. Took forever for a milkshake we were on a time crunch and thought we’d be in and out bc how long does it rlly take to scoop ice cream and blend a shake. Apparently a really long time over here.
More of an experience for the kids! It’s on the pricey side with the mini cups costing $10 each. It also has a ton of whipped cream on the sundaes which makes it hard to get to the ice cream. But the kids really enjoyed it! And it was tasty.
I went there and was in a hurry because i had ordered a taxi and it would be there in 2 mins and i asked the person at the cashier ‘excuse me’ 4 or 5 times and she completly ignored me. Finally, she said rudely ‘im doing an order’ and turned back to what she was doing. I ended up leaving the store. Description: she had dark colored skin and dreadlocks hairstyle. I might come back later because the food looked really good and i hope she isnt as rude as she just was.
