Be forewarned if you have a nut allergy - THEY WILL NOT SERVE YOU UNLESS YOU SIGN A WAIVER. I completely understand protecting the business and the safety of those with allergies - but I have never, ever had a document shoved in my face like that before. Was really looking forward to checking this place out, ended up leaving instead.

My order was incorrect twice. The wait times are long and the customer service was not great. First order was completely wrong and second try he put a chocolate chip cookie on my oatmeal cream pie sundae. The website and Google menu do not match the in store ingredients!! Extremely slow service. My bf ordered the pint milkshakes and there were at least 8 other people after us. Everyone else got their orders before we did and they still didn’t start ours until he got up to mention something. We asked for it to go and they didn’t give us the mason jar that it comes with. So we paid $24+ for a milkshake that was basically just 2 scoops of ice cream. There were only two workers but they were just chatting amongst each other the whole time. Literally had to flip the close sign for the employees because they were so busy and inefficient. Everyone’s order was coming out wrong or they had just completely forgotten about your order altogether.
