Ice cream was good; however, the staff member was not pleasant at all and had airpods in the entire time she was taking our order. It took her a minute to come from the back when we walked in. She immediately went to the back after serving us, never seeing her again. It was extremely dirty as well. Almost every table needed to be cleaned and the floor was very sticky. Definitely not the quality it was when it first opened.
During our recent visit, we observed that there was only one person working named Jay. With the place being very busy additional workers would have been beneficial to help him. Nevertheless, he was exceptionally friendly, greeting us cheerfully upon our arrival. He provided prompt service and was more than willing to accommodate our specific order requests. The place was clean, and he made us feel welcome despite the large crowd of customers. If he’s working, we will certainly return!
Didn’t feel welcome there. arrived 30 mins before closing. the employee didn’t want to serve us.
Today was horrible , staff didn’t care and it’s looks like they about to go outta business. Shelves half empty, ice cream all gone,sign on door closing early.
