Purchased a day pass to check it out. Unfortunately, I found the limited spaces to work and take calls to be very frustrating. There is only one “Quiet Zone” per floor (2 floors), where you can’t take calls, and most of the tables did not even have access to outlets. The space can accommodate maybe 15 people, otherwise you are left to wander looking for a random couch or chair. Rented a desk here and people (from another company) kept using it and sitting in it. Management was not particularly helpful, so I left.

Tried this coworking space for the first time on a day pass and I was grateful! McKay was friendly and helpful both via email and on site! The day pass rate was fair considering the price point for spaces like these in Manhattan. The wifi was strong and was able to support my zoom meetings with minimal hiccups, but my only reservation was my 1st impression was that this space prioritizes the private office rental customer [perfectly fine if that's what their business model prioritizes!], as I was surprised at how little amou... read more
