Such a great set up! Friendly staff, awesome workouts, fab facilities and just an all round great gym!
I have extensive experience across strength and conditioning gyms in Sydney and I will say The Yard is the best in Australia right now. Amazing programming, amazing coaches who are personable and extremely knowledgeable. On top of that the community aspect is amazing. This place is amazing, fun and just all around good vibes. I love this gym!
