Nice facility with lots of space and a classic flatiron office setting. There are enough folks here to feel lively without being crowded. The kitchen is also well-appointed, which was an unexpected bonus. I'll be back.
Decent space, but phone booths are always taken and people are very loud
My favorite The Yard location in Manhattan! The location is strategic in 5th avenue. You have 10 seats capacity on 2nd floor working space and another 10 on the 4th floor. The big windows provide lots of sunlight and you can kinda see the traffic on the fifth avenue from here. The kitchen is clean and always stocked with herbal teas and coffee. The ambiance is productive and the people here are cooperative with each other.
