DO NOT move here if you want to deal with terrible management. I have had to deal with incredibly rude upstairs neighbors for over a year. They have been constant with loud stomps, things being pounded on the floor, loud piano that has shaken the walls, bangs, etc. (many of it later in the night and on weekends). I have confronted these neighbors myself through notes and multiple confrontations and they have not been courteous whatsoever to my complaints. I’ve only been here a short time but the complex and place itself have been fantastic. Great amenities, great spot close to the River, and everyone’s been super friendly. Have been very glad I had reached out to sincere Kamara for helping me grab this spot here.

This has been the BEST place to live at! I have only been here for a few months but I feel that the staff at The Yard at Pencoyd Landing have been extremely kind and willing to help whenever they are contacted! The amenities have been nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend this community to anyone who is thinking about moving here!
The staff here is always friendly, professional, and quick to help with anything I need. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. The property is well-kept and maintained. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home!
